Affordable Rates
Nightly Rate: $89/night + tax (10.7%). (Even in peak season)!
Weekly: $500 (6 nights)
Monthly rate: $1950
Minimum 2-night stay.
All rates are for single or double occupancy (1 or 2 persons).
For each Additional Guest, we charge $20 per night (including children)
Dogs: We take dogs on a case by case basis; please inquire. ($20/night + $100 refundable damage deposit)
Bikes: Free! Go explore!
Babysitting: Yup! Let me know in advance and either I can help out, or I can set you up with a very responsible young neighbor. We have two fabulous young teen girls in our community, (with mothers on stand-by) just around the corner.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to secure your reservation. Sorry, there is no refund on deposits for reservations cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, unless we are able to fill your cancellations. On all cancellations we have to retain 4% of the deposit amount to recapture banking fees charged to us. We are a small business, and last minute cancellations impact us greatly. We hope you understand.
