A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to secure your reservation. Sorry, there is no refund on deposits for reservations cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, unless we are able to fill your cancellations. On all cancellations we retain 5% of the deposit amount to recapture time & banking fees charged to us. We are a small farm & business, and last minute cancellations impact us greatly. We hope you understand.
